Commissioned work is for personal use only. You cannot claim the work as your own. Should you wish to commission a piece for commercial please let me know so we can discuss about it.
You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP)
I have the right to decline the commission if it is something that I am not comfortable doing.
I may post the commissioned artwork on my social media for my portfolio. If you wish to not have the artwork posted, please let me know
I accept payments through paypal online, ko fi and artistree. Please inform me which of these you want to use when making payments. Any other payment methods can be discussed further, just let me know.

We discuss the idea and concept for your commission
Include as much details and reference as possible (ref sheet, mood boards,colour palettes,etc). It will help me to create the artwork as close to your vision as possible.
I may present a couple of concept sketches for you to choose. After you approve the concept sketch I will proceed to the next stage.
I may present a couple progress shot during several stages of the commission for feedback.
Major revisions are allowed up to 3 times. Minor revisions are fine.Major revisions of more than 3 times will incur extra fee.
After artwork is finished, I will send the high-res file.

50% down payment are required before I start the commission.
The remaining 50% will be paid for after the artwork is finished.
Any extra revision fee incurred will be charged along with the remaining 50%.
Cancellation policy: If the commission is cancelled after I start the artwork (I have sent concept or progress shots), the 50% down payment will be forfeited. If I, the artist, cancel the commission, a full refund will be given to the client.
I take payments through paypal. Payment info will be provided with the invoice once the commission has been confirmed.
